Carrissa Menendez is an executive leader with over 15 years of experience helping organizations grow with clarity, purpose, and resilience. She has led People and organizational strategy as VP, People at global technology and fintech companies including Etsy and Nubank, where she helped prepare both companies for their IPOs and the transitions that followed. Throughout her career, she’s partnered closely with the C-Suite in People leadership and Chief of Staff roles.

Early in her career, she began advising boards and compensation committees on executive compensation matters, experience that continues to shape her pragmatic, business-first approach to People strategy. With an MBA from Columbia Business School, she brings analytical rigor, empathy, and clear communication to the moments that matter most for leaders and their organizations.
